Shipments

As the manager of the website www.bresciani.it, Calzificio M. Bresciani srl will handle the shipping of products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the Customer. Orders received will be processed in our warehouse within 1-2 business days from the date of order acquisition.

Deliveries:

ITALY: Deliveries are normally made within 1-2 business days from when the order is entrusted to the courier throughout Italy, with the exception of Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria where delivery may take an extra day.

EUROPE: Deliveries normally take place within 2-3 business days from when the order is entrusted to the courier, excluding remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.

USA: Deliveries normally take place within 5-6 business days from when the order is entrusted to the courier, excluding remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.

During the Christmas period, shipments may take longer due to the volume of orders received. Please note that shipments and deliveries are not made on weekends and national holidays.

You can track the status of your shipment with the tracking code that you will receive via email when your order is shipped. You will be able to check the status of your order at any time.

Please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

Upon delivery of the products, we invite you to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.

That the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

If you have received your order and the package is damaged or missing items, we recommend that you accept the package with reservation and report it to the courier upon delivery. Send photos of the damaged package or missing items to the email: [email protected]

The shipping costs for the entire national territory amount to Euro (six) 6 and apply to all orders of an amount less than Euro ninety-nine (99). Shipping is instead free for orders over Euro ninety-nine (99)

For shipments to be made within the European Community, shipping costs of Euro nine (9) will be charged, excluding the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus and Malta, whose costs will amount to Euro thirteen (13) and Euro thirty-five (35) for Iceland, for all orders of an amount less than Euro one hundred and twenty (120).

Shipping is instead free for orders over Euro one hundred and twenty (120).

For the USA, shipping costs of Dollars fourteen (14) will be charged for orders under Dollars one hundred and twenty (120). Shipping is instead free for orders over Dollars one hundred and twenty (120). Any customs duties will be borne by the recipient, therefore the Customer is invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.

Calzificio M. Bresciani srl will not issue an invoice for the material shipped, unless specifically requested by the Customer, as provided for by art. 22 of D.P.R. 633/1972 for orders from Italy and EU countries.

For extra CEE orders, an invoice will be regularly issued.

For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of order will be used, it will not be possible to make changes after the invoice has been issued.
